My DSP strategy is not delivering, what should I check?

A four-point checklist when an active DSP strategy shows zero impressions and its line items are Not delivering.

When a strategy is active but shows zero impressions and its line items are Not delivering, check in this order:

  1. A blocking alert on the DSP page: the advertiser is not approved by Amazon yet, or an Amazon DSP invoice is overdue. Delivery resumes once the advertiser is approved or the invoice is paid (see How is DSP billed in m19?).
  2. The Creatives tab: a line item does not serve until Amazon has approved at least one of its creatives. Amazon's feedback (Rejected, Partially rejected, the policy concerned) is shown in the tab.
  3. The age of the strategy: m19 builds the order and line items within a day after activation, then Amazon needs some time to start serving.
  4. The audience size: a very narrow audience can be rejected by Amazon or win almost no impressions. Widen it or change the ASINs.

If none of these applies, send us the strategy name and the marketplace.
