Common questions after setting up Autopilot

After setting up your account, if you still have any questions, please check this article.

How can I make the tool spend more?

This is a common question! While increasing the daily budget might seem like the obvious solution, it only prevents overspending—it doesn’t actively make the tool spend more.

To encourage higher spending, try raising your ACOS Target. This gives the tool more flexibility to bid higher and invest more in your campaigns.

When can I adjust the ACOS target?

ACOS target adjustments should be progressive and you should at least wait for one week to change the ACOS target again.

Should I pause my existing campaigns?

Yes, all your existing campaigns promoting the products that are promoted in Autopilot should be paused. We recommend doing it when you activate Autopilot and its campaign is visible on the Amazon advertising console.

Can I change the name of the Autopilot-generated campaigns in my advertising console?

No, you should not change the name of them, otherwise, the tool will not recognize the campaign as one of its own and it will stop optimizing them.

Can I make changes to Autopilot campaigns on my advertising console?

No, you should not make any kind of modification to Autopilot's campaigns, any change will be overwritten the next day.

What to do when launching/promoting a new product?

You can simply add the new ASIN(s) to the "managed ASINs" section in Autopilot, and the tool will promote them.

When are campaigns created in Seller Central?

When you start using Autopilot, the associated campaign will be created in the Amazon Advertising Console within 24 hours.

The same timing applies to any changes made in the Autopilot dashboard, such as budget adjustments, ACOS Target updates, or managed ASIN modifications.

Why some ASINs are not getting traffic?

This is usually due to low bids, which can stem from a low ACOS target and/or an overly restrictive budget. These factors can limit the visibility and competitiveness of your ASINs.

I'm receiving lists of Keywords suggested by Amazon, what should I do with them?

All the lists of keywords received by email are also available in the Amazon API and are automatically added to the Autopilot campaigns.
