How to cancel

Log in to your m19 dashboard.

Go to Settings > Billing.

Click on "Stop your Professional plan".

Follow the prompts to confirm.
This view is only accessible to Account Owners. If you don't see this option, please contact the person who created the account.
If you don't have this option, then:
Click on the button below to start the termination process.
Be aware that your request should be submitted:

At least one (1) day before the renewal date for a monthly subscription,

At least thirty (30) days before the renewal date for a yearly subscription.
In the absence of termination in accordance with these terms, the subscription will be tacitly extended for a period equivalent to the duration of the initial subscription.
You changed your mind. To reactivate your subscription, just email support@m19.com.

What happens next?
Once the subscription ends, m19 will pause all m19 campaigns.
