Inquiries can be diagnosed quickly by delegating advertising permissions to email@example.com.
This tutorial is written for granting access to our support team. If you want to manage multiple accounts by using one credential, instead of delegating permission to firstname.lastname@example.org, you delegate permission to your main account!
Log in to your Amazon Account
Log in to your Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account. Go to "Settings" and click on "User Permissions".
Add a new user
Under the section “Add a New Seller Central User”, add the m19 user using the alias email@example.com
Check your mailbox for a confirmation email from Amazon
Once you sent the invitation (under the alias firstname.lastname@example.org), we will accept the invitation to your Seller Central / Vendor Central account. M19 is creating the email alias the moment the invitation gets sent.
When the invitation is accepted, you will receive the email below. It means you authorized M19 to access your Seller Central / Vendor Central Account.
Under the “User Permissions” tab, click on “Manage Permissions” for the alias email@example.com which you’ve just added to your account.
