Bug Investigation Guide: How to Assist Us Effectively

When you come across a bug, helping us pinpoint its origin is crucial. Here's what we require:

  1. Account ID: Your unique account identifier.
  2. Marketplace: Where you encountered the bug.
  3. Strategy Name and Type: The strategy you used.
  4. ASIN with the Issue: The product causing the problem.
  5. Brief Description: A concise bug summary.
  6. Video Recording: show the bug with the browser console.

For video recording, please remember to right-click, select 'Inspect', then click on 'Console' tab at the beginning of the recording!
