I can't create a Sponsored Brand (SB) strategy

I can create manual SB campaigns but can't create an SB strategy in m19

Before proceeding, please ensure that you can manually create a sponsored brand campaign using the Advertising Console. It's crucial to have at least one campaign directly created on your advertising console to enable smooth identification of your account by the API.

If you successfully create a sponsored brand campaign via the Advertising Console and still encounter difficulties in creating an SB strategy in m19, the issue may lie with Amazon's API. To address this matter, we recommend creating a support ticket with Amazon and including the following information: 

I'm a seller with a registered brand in Brand Registry; however, I am not able to get my brand *The Name of your Brand* through GET /brands. The root cause is that the brand is missing a LBR node, please help create a LBR node for this brand.

This will trigger the Ads Console support Teams of Amazon to fix the missing LBR node problem and you will be able to create SB strategies in m19.
